You are in a room, 2016. Installation: four panels, each 200 x 290 cm | 78.7" x 114.2", devoré on fabric, aluminum pipes, lead ribbon.
The text painted on on the fabric, thus making it partially transparent, is derived from the dialogue of the film The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant by R. W. Fassbinder. The film is set in one space, and while its characters discuss their past and mutual relationships the latter come to a head.
Two panels feature original lines, while the other two panels show lines which were processed with a software which reassembled the word order, to be later crafted into new and varying sentences.
